VELLORO is a custom clothing e-commerce company. Customers use our services to purchase custom fit/made to measure clothing on- and offline. We are incorporated in The Netherlands and our production is based in Naples, Italy.

VELLORO is committed to protect the personal information of its customers. By personal information we mean information that identifies or can identify you personally. We use your personal information to take and handle orders for our custom fit/made to measure clothing, to deliver our products and services, to process payments, and to communicate with you about orders, products and services and promotional offers.

We use your personal information to provide functionality, analyze performance, fix errors, and improve usability and effectiveness of our services. For example, we use your saved custom sizes, order history and feedback to improve our size algorithms, fabrics and our products in general. Moreover, we use your communication with our customer service to learn from your possible complaints and to solve any service issues.

We use your personal information to communicate with you about one of our products you have specifically requested to be notified about.

 

    1. Comply with legal obligations.

In certain cases, we have a legal obligation to collect and process your personal information. For instance, we collect bank account information for identity verification and other purposes.

We use your personal information to communicate with you in relation to outstanding orders (order confirmations, order status updates, shipping information) via different channels (mainly by e-mail, though also by phone). Velloro shares customers’ personal information to others only as described below and with third parties that follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Policy. We do not share personal data with third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your permission.

We make available to you services, products, applications, or skills provided by third parties for use on or through our services. Velloro cooperates with third parties in providing its custom-made products. As such, Velloro shall share your transactions with these third parties whenever it provides these custom-made products.

Examples include fulfilling orders for products or services, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing payments, transmitting content and providing customer service. These third-party service providers have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
