The order process
I don’t have any experience with measuring. Is it easy to do it yourself?
Absolutely! We have 9? instruction videos on velloro.com. Just follow our instructions accurately and you will be fine. If you have any questions please reach out to us by email or whatsapp and we will be glad to assist you in any way.
Is it possible to receive the fabrics?
At this moment we are not able to send our fabric collection to our customers. You can be sure we handpicked all our fabrics and are of premium quality and easy ironing.
Can I order 10 shirts at once?
Of course you can but we recommend you start with one or two just to be sure the fit is perfect.
Is Velloro made in Naples?
Yes, Velloro is 100% born and made in Naples in the heart of Neapolitan tailoring.
How is it possible the price is so low for a tailored shirt?
Because we cut out the normal supply chain. From production to retail is a multiplier, on average, of a factor 6. So a shirt that costs around 50 Euro’s to make normally ends up in a store at a retail price of around 300 Euro’s. By selling directly to our customers we can maintain a very low and competitive price point.
